My order was received when promised. The strap hinges were inspected and found to be undamaged. Straps appear to be well made and will make an attractive addition to the new shutters on my home. I plan to purchase more of this style strap hinge when they are back in stock. I will order from John Wright Co in the future for any other needs. I do recommend this company.
