The Special Purpose Hinge (Minimal Offset) helped reduce the distance — left-to-right — between fully closed and fully opened in my compact application. Suggestion: the 2 screw holes in each hinge didn’t provide enough stability with the shutter, so I ended up drilling — and countersinking — a 3rd hole closer to the barrel (and the edge of the shutter) of each hinge. Two hinge pairs provided 4 hinges. Combining them with 4 Long Lag Pintle Mounts proved just the right combination.
